Physical items: We offer a 365-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be in saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. You are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. A full refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Members likewise agree not to disclose private information about other participants or internal operations without consent.
Amendments and Duration
Membership continues until you choose to leave or we end the programme.
